Mica Stark is a public affairs leader and a passionate advocate for New Hampshire’s flagship public research university, UNH. During his time at UNH, Mica has managed federal and state government relations, developed the university’s advocacy program, and served as a strategic advisor to the President. He currently serves as UNH’s Assistant Vice President for Public Affairs which includes government relations, media relations, advocacy, and leadership communications. Mica advocates for public policies that advance the university’s strategic goals.
Prior to UNH, Mica was the managing director at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics where he led and created civic engagement programs for young people and managed five presidential debates. He received his M.A. from Michigan State University in political theory and his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, where he graduated summa cum laude.
